Dr Megan RossVeterinary Surgeon
Dr Megan grew up on a farm in central Queensland before studying to be a vet in Brisbane. She graduated in 2003 and spent several years working both in regional Qld as well as all over the UK. Returning to Australia she settled on the North Coast of NSW where she owned two veterinary clinics for 15 years. Megan has a been a mountains resident since 2014 and purchased Springwood Veterinary Clinic from Dr Andrew in 2023. In her spare time Megan enjoys hanging out with two children as well as bush walking and baking. |
Dr Thoraiya DyerVeterinary Surgeon
Dr Thoraiya enjoys all aspects of general practice but has a particular interest birds. She graduated as a veterinary surgeon more than 20 years ago. She has lived in the mountains for many years with her family and is an author in her spare time. |
Dr Ellené RossouwVeterinary Surgeon
Dr Ellené graduated as a vet in South Africa but has spent most of her 30 year career working in the southern states of Australia. She has a particular interest in ultrasound. In her spare time she enjoys reading and going to the gym. |

Veterinary Nurse (Cert IV) Merin has been a veterinary nurse for over 15 years and worked in the Blue Mountains the entire time. When not doing veterinary work, Merin loves photography & design. Kathrine
Veterinary Nurse (Cert IV) Kathrine is a veterinary nurse with over a decade of experience. She loves working with exotic species, particularly rabbits. In her spare time she is also a firefighter. Emily

Customer Service Lily while mainly helping us with customer service, has also had several years of experience across a variety of roles in other veterinary clinics. She is finishing her honours degree and hopes to study Veterinary Science in 2026. |
